Job summary

Morley is hiring ASE-certified auto technicians for a work-from-home role with Idaho residents. You’ll support field techs via calls, chat, and email, focusing on EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain, and infotainment systems.

Initial training takes place on-site in Saginaw, Michigan. You must pass a background check, have a high school diploma, 5+ years in a full-service shop, and 2 ASE certs or obtain them after hire with Morley’s reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop.
• Two ASE certifications (or you can get them within six months of hire with reimbursement).
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist field service techs via inbound/outbound calls, chat, and email.
• Specialize in EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain or infotainment systems to diagnose repairs.
• Complete initial training in Saginaw, Michigan to support home-based work.
• Access latest technical data and repair strategies with guidance from consultants and leaders.
• Seek opportunities for professional growth within the Morley team.
