Job summary

Morley is seeking ASE-Certified Technical Automotive Consultants to support field service techs from home, with initial on-site training in Saginaw, Michigan. You’ll apply extensive auto tech experience to domestic OEM vehicle repairs, focusing on EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain or infotainment systems.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop.
• Two ASE certifications (or you can obtain them within six months with Morley reimbursement).
• Valid driver's license.
• One or more years of customer service experience.
• Able to work Monday–Friday, 11 a.m.–8 p.m. Eastern; no weekends.
• Must reliably adhere to the schedule; some queues are time sensitive.

Responsibilities

• Assist field service techs via inbound/outbound phone, chat and email.
• Specialize in automotive EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain or infotainment systems for domestic repairs.
• Begin with an initial training program in Saginaw, Michigan.
• Access latest technical data and repair strategies with guidance from colleagues.
• Seize growth opportunities within the Morley team.
