Job summary

Morley is seeking ASE-Certified Auto Technicians for a work-from-home role serving a domestic OEM brand. You will be the first line of defense in solving vehicle repair issues, specializing in EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain or infotainment systems, supporting field service techs by phone, chat and email.

This role offers Monday–Friday schedules from home for Ohio residents with initial on-site training in Saginaw, MI.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop.
• Two ASE certifications (or you can obtain them within six months of hire with Morley reimbursement).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Reside in Ohio and able to work in a mid-shift with no weekends.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist field service techs via inbound/outbound phone, chat and email.
• Specialize in automotive EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain or infotainment systems.
• Support training and access to latest technical data and repair strategies.
• Be the first line of defense in solving new vehicle repair issues.
• Collaborate with consultants and leaders to improve repair outcomes.
