Job summary

Onward Search is seeking a Group Art Supervisor for a fully remote, 2-month contract to support a Type 1 Diabetes brand. You will provide creative leadership and hands-on development of promotional materials, ensuring regulatory compliance across channels.

Collaboration with account, strategy, medical, and copy teams is key to delivering effective campaigns. The role requires 7–10 years in pharma/healthcare agencies, strong Figma and Adobe Creative Suite skills, and experience directing print,

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare agency experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience directing concept development across print, digital, and video channels.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams and mentoring junior talent.
• Ideally have experience supporting a Type 1 Diabetes brand.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative development across integrated pharmaceutical marketing initiatives.
• Guide visual execution of HCP and patient-facing materials.
• Partner with account, strategy, medical, and copy teams to deliver effective creative solutions.
• Present concepts and creative rationale to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Support brand evolution through messaging updates and campaign extensions.
