Onward Search is assisting a client in pharmaceutical advertising to locate a Group Art Supervisor for a temporary, remote, in-region opportunity. The role leads and executes creative development for HCP and patient materials, brand updates and campaign extensions across digital, video and sales programs.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in pharma/healthcare agencies, strong leadership and client-facing skills, and advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in pharmaceutical or healthcare advertising with knowledge of promo regulations.
• A strong portfolio showing leadership of integrated healthcare campaigns.
• Advanced skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience directing concept development across print, digital, and video.

Responsibilities

Our client in pharmaceutical advertising is seeking a Group Art Supervisor for a temporary, remote, in-region opportunity. The role leads and executes creative development for HCP and patient promotional materials, brand updates, and campaign extensions. It partners across disciplines to deliver compliant work for digital, video, sales meetings, and promotional programs.

Group Art Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Lead creative development across integrated pharmaceutical marketing initiatives.
• Guide visual execution for HCP- and patient-facing promotional materials.
• Partner with account, strategy, medical, and copy teams to develop effective creative solutions.
• Present concepts and creative rationale to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Oversee materials for sales meetings, POA events, digital campaigns, and promotional programs.

Group Art Supervisor Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare agency experience, with an understanding of promotional regulations and review processes.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating leadership of integrated healthcare campaigns.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience directing concept development across print, digital, and video channels.
• Strong presentation and client-facing skills, with experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams and mentoring junior talent.
