Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an Ariba Supplier Enablement Analyst to lead end-to-end supplier onboarding and enablement within the Ariba Network. The role focuses on driving adoption, compliance, and performance across P2P processes while coordinating with AP, IT, and business partners.

The position is remote with occasional international communications and travel as needed, requiring strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Ariba (Buying & Invoicing) in a P2P environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis with large datasets and dashboards.
• Strong written and verbal communication with suppliers (Teams, Outlook, OneNote).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supplier onboarding and adoption, including outreach and training.
• Provide operational support and issue resolution across AP, IT, and Payments.
• Support ERP transformations (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) and align onboarding with ERP cutover.
• Monitor KPIs and maintain Ariba dashboards and reporting accuracy.
• Maintain country-specific invoicing and tax requirements; drive process improvements.
