Johnson Controls, Inc. seeks an Ariba Supplier Enablement Analyst to manage end-to-end supplier onboarding and enablement within the Ariba Network, supporting ERP transformation and driving adoption, compliance, and operational performance.

This remote role requires cross-functional collaboration with AP, IT, and Procurement, strong data analysis, and excellent communication with suppliers to resolve issues and ensure timely invoicing and payments.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Ariba in a P2P environment (Buying & Invoicing)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis for large datasets and dashboards
• Excellent written and verbal communication with suppliers and internal teams

Responsibilities

• Onboard suppliers end-to-end, including outreach, onboarding sessions, and system training
• Drive adoption of PO and electronic invoicing processes
• Track supplier readiness and mitigate risks to meet program timelines
• Triage inquiries and resolve issues in the supplier enablement mailbox and collaborate with AP, IT, and Payments teams
• Support ERP migrations (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) and align onboarding with cutover schedules
• Monitor KPIs and maintain Ariba dashboards for reporting
• Identify trends and propose process improvements to governance and cross-functional teams
