Job summary

MRO is seeking an Area Supervisor to manage daily scheduling of ROI Specialists across client sites. The role acts as liaison between MRO and Client Management to ensure all ROI activities comply with policies and regulations.

Travel is 50% with on-site work in Lincoln, NE and Iowa; when not traveling, remote work is supported. Responsibilities include workload management, PTO and payroll approvals, QA monitoring, and performance feedback under the Area Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's/Associates degree preferred in Health Information Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 1 year supervisory/management experience in acute care setting.
• HIPAA privacy information standards knowledge required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.

Responsibilities

• Manages workflow among on-site employees at multiple client sites to ensure productivity and quality.
• Adjusts work assignments to cover peak periods, leave and vacancies at hospital sites.
• Provides coverage in event of backlogs, illness, vacation or leave of absence.
• Performs Quality Assurance monitoring of work performance.
• Conduits productivity and performance reviews under the Area Manager's direction.
• Monitors performance and provides feedback for ROI Specialists.
• Manages employee schedules and approves bi-weekly payroll including PTO.
