Job summary

Flagship Financial Group is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive dealer relationships and regional growth across assigned markets. This remote-based role demands a polished sales professional with strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, plus solid knowledge of auto finance products and LOS systems.

You will collaborate with Sales, Credit, and Funding teams, report on territory activity, and travel within the 30-mile radius when necessary.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably auto finance or dealership retail finance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Solid presentation, relationship-building and sales skills.
• Excellent customer service and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, develop, and maintain relationships with auto dealers in assigned markets.
• Complete registration cycle for new dealers and documents.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed market and dealer goals.
• Identify opportunities for product improvements and new offerings.
• Coordinate communications between Sales, Credit, and Funding teams and dealers.
• Provide reports on territory activity and market data; respond to management requests.
• Maintain excellent service levels with dealer partners, including follow-ups.
