Qualifications

• Retail management experience across multiple stores a must
• Strong leadership, hiring, coaching and development abilities

Responsabilités

• Direct daily work for area with up to 8 stores.
• Hire, train, and develop store leaders across the area.
• Manage area budget and drive sales, profitability, and cost controls.
• Lead stores to deliver exceptional customer experience and standards.
• Support new store openings and regional initiatives.
• Travel up to 25% and relocate as needed.
