Job summary

You will lead by example, recruit and train staff, monitor store condition and loss prevention, ensure merchandise is stocked and presented, and drive sales while maintaining compliance with company policies in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Plan and execute sales initiatives; manage merchandising and shelf replenishment.
• Monitor sales metrics (basket size, MH, turnover).
• Manage cash handling and secure money procedures.
• Organize forms, documents and records; maintain store equipment and fixtures.
• Ensure store security and tidiness in alignment with company guidelines.
