LSA Management seeks an experienced Area Manager to oversee daily operations and performance across a portfolio of apartment communities in Georgia. You will lead onsite teams, drive occupancy, resident retention, and revenue growth while delivering exceptional resident experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational and communication skills, with a track record in multifamily property management and proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.

Formación

• 3+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and property management operations.
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and support to community management teams.
• Drive occupancy, resident retention, and revenue growth.
• Monitor property performance and implement operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations.
• Assist with budget management, financial performance, and expense control.
• Conduct regular property visits and provide coaching and guidance to site teams.
