Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the performance of a portfolio of affordable housing properties in the Atlanta area. You will lead Community Managers and site teams, ensure occupancy and financial targets are achieved, and drive regulatory compliance.

You will mentor staff, manage budgets, analyze financial data, and coordinate capital projects while maintaining high resident satisfaction and community standards. 50% travel is required due to multi-property oversight.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years as Area or Regional Manager in Multifamily
• Experience overseeing three or more properties
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Strong budgeting and financial reporting understanding
• Proven ability to mentor and lead teams

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Community Managers and site teams to drive performance.
• Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize revenue to meet financial targets.
• Oversee property operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain property standards for cleanliness, maintenance, and curb appeal.
• Monitor occupancy, leasing activity, and resident retention to maximize revenue.
• Identify operational challenges and implement improvements.
• Guide teams through change management and ensure engagement.
• Foster accountability, teamwork, and resident satisfaction.
• Analyze financial reports to inform strategic decisions.
• Oversee capital projects and ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Resolve conflicts among staff and stakeholders effectively.
• Build relationships with ownership, vendors, and community partners.
• Ensure crisis management plans are in place and tested.
• Stay informed on industry trends to improve property performance.
• Handle additional projects as assigned.
