Brobston Group seeks an Area Brand Manager to serve as the primary contact for Ralph Lauren brands across an assigned group of stores. This remote role develops wholesale partner relationships and executes strategies to grow sales and profitability across a geographic area.

The position involves monitoring performance, collaborating with internal teams, and coaching store teams through product and selling seminars to strengthen selling performance.

Responsabilités

• Monitor business performance, analyze sales trends, and share regular business recaps and opportunities with internal partners.
• Collaborate with store management, sales, planning, and retail development teams to identify opportunities and execute growth strategies.
• Assess in-store presentation, implement merchandise standards and seasonal floor moves, and maintain inventory processing and stockroom organization.
• Coach store teams through product and selling seminars, demonstrating techniques to strengthen selling performance.
