Job summary

Brivo, a global leader in cloud-based physical security solutions, seeks an Area Account Manager in the Northern Washington territory. The role focuses on outside sales, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving new business in the Pacific Northwest.

Under senior regional leadership, the AAM manages the sales process from prospecting to close, leveraging Brivo’s portfolio and integrations across multifamily, visitor management, elevator control, IP video, and wireless locks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in security/SaaS/IT with territory responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or directly related sales experience.
• Proven direct channel field sales experience in a defined territory.
• Track record of prospecting, qualifying, and closing dealer opportunities.
• Strong communication, organization, and quota attainment.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Apps, and other business/AI tools.
• Residence in Snohomish, Skagit, or Whatcom counties or willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned territory; prospect, onboard, cultivate, and grow new dealers.
• Maintain communication with inside and field resources to drive sales growth.
• Demonstrate Brivo’s security platform and integrations to prospects.
• Respond to information requests promptly from customers.
• Provide system sales and product training for system integrators.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and update Salesforce CRM with relevant data.
