Job summary

Brivo, a global leader in cloud‑based physical security solutions, is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in the Los Angeles territory. The ideal candidate is strategic and driven, with a proven ability to build strong channel partnerships, develop new business, and exceed sales targets.

This role requires residence in Los Angeles County and travel up to 75% to engage with clients, attend events, and collaborate with your team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in physical security sales (access control, video management, or related technologies).
• Proven channel partner sales experience with direct field sales.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by recruiting and onboarding new dealers and expanding revenue with partners.
• Build strategic partnerships with decision-makers, system integrators, and end-users.
• Master Brivo's portfolio including cloud-based access control and video management systems.
