Job summary

Worley is seeking a Wells Intervention Roustabout for Prudhoe Bay, AK, on a remote/rotational schedule. You will perform day-to-day manual labor and maintenance on wells equipment under supervision from the Wells Intervention Lead, with emphasis on safety.

The role requires operating heavy service equipment, rigging, hydro-testing, and setting up various well service operations, with a focus on safety, teamwork, and adherence to procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• NSTC certification training offered by Worley if needed.
• Willingness to learn Worley and client safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Attend safety, technical and development trainings.
• Perform manual labor including clean-up and material handling.
• Operate Wells service equipment (loaders, trucks, forklifts, man-lifts, etc.).
• Set up Wells support jobs and perform rigging for lifting operations.
• Follow safety policies and HSE management system.
