Everforth Apex Systems is seeking an Architecture, Design & Engineering (AD&E) Senior Analyst for a remote contract role. You will support PMs delivering projects across architectural, mechanical, electrical, and other disciplines with external consultants and internal teams.

The role emphasizes strong design aesthetics, analytical thinking, and strategic decision-making, with communication to stakeholders, architects, and engineers as a core skill.

Qualifications

3–5 years in design, architecture, engineering, or related fields.
Solid knowledge of construction docs, specs, materials.
Reading and preparing technical drawings to support projects.

Responsibilities

Support data management and project tools (MS Project/Server, TRIRIGA).
Coordinate documents, invoices, and general contractor bidding.
Assist ideation, sketching, 3D modeling, renderings, postproduction.
Provide admin support to A/E Manager for project planning/execution.
Coordinate contracts, permits, drawings, specifications.
Track milestones and deliverables, update stakeholders.
Organize meetings, agendas, and minutes; document decisions.
Maintain timely project reports and presentations.
