Job summary

ADDMORE Services LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Designer III with a strong background in Architecture and Interior Design to support the design and delivery of high-quality international projects.

The role requires autonomous work, translating design intent into technically resolved solutions and coordinating with architects, designers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients across multiple project phases.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or closely related field.
Approximately 6–10+ years of relevant professional experience in architecture, interior architecture, or interior design.
Strong experience delivering residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, workplace, or high-end interior projects.
Experience across Concept Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation.

Responsibilities

Develop architectural and interior design solutions from conceptual through construction documentation.
Produce and coordinate architectural drawings including plans, elevations, sections, details, and finish plans.
Develop interior layouts, space-planning solutions, and detailed design packages.
Support selection and specification of materials, finishes, fixtures, furniture, lighting, and FF&E.
Develop architectural details, millwork, cabinetry, and interior design elements.
