Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking an Enterprise Architect II for a 12-month contract in Houston, onsite Mon-Thu with remote Fridays. The role focuses on establishing system information requirements and designing enterprise-scale architecture to meet present and future cross-functional needs.

You will lead architecture efforts, guide staff, and ensure compliance with IT standards while evaluating workflows and proposing solutions. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in the field are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience required; additional years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design architecture including software, hardware, and communications to meet current and future requirements.
• Ensure systems are compliant with agency IT architecture standards and interfaces.
• Provide supervision and direction to staff; mentor and guide teams.
• Evaluate problems in workflows and planning and develop corrective actions.
