Air Distribution Technologies, Inc. is seeking a strategic Product Manager for Architectural Solutions to build and lead the Architectural product portfolio.

You will craft the product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market plans to position ADTI as a market leader in louvers, vision screens, sunshades, grilles, and related building envelope solutions. You will collaborate with architects, specifiers, facade consultants, contractors, engineering, and sales to drive profitable growth, pricing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, business, marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years in product management, development, or market management.
• Experience in architectural building products or building envelope systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for ADTI's Architectural product portfolio.
• Create a ground-up product roadmap and portfolio strategy for growth and market penetration.
• Conduct market research, customer discovery, and competitive analysis to identify trends and whitespace.
• Lead collaboration with architects, engineers, contractors, and facades teams to shape product specs.
• Drive new product development from concept to commercialization and launch.
• Establish pricing strategies, value propositions, and go-to-market plans for revenue growth.
• Manage full product lifecycle including introductions, enhancements, and sunset decisions.
• Develop business cases and financial models to support launches and investments.
• Monitor market share, profitability, and customer feedback for portfolio optimization.
• Travel to customer sites and industry events to gather insights and strengthen relationships.
