Job summary

Air Distribution Technologies, Inc. is seeking a strategic Product Manager for Architectural Solutions to build and lead a new architectural product portfolio, including louvers, vision screens, sunshades, grilles, and related building envelope products.

You will drive market development, pricing strategies, and a long-term growth plan while working with architects, specifiers, façade consultants, contractors, and internal teams to shape product specifications and successful launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Product Management, Product Development, Business Development, or Market Management experience.
• Experience within architectural building products, commercial construction, building envelope systems, HVAC products, façade systems, or related markets.
• Demonstrated success launching new products and driving profitable growth.
• Knowledge of CSI specifications, architectural sales processes, and commercial building design practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for ADTI's Architectural product portfolio.
• Build a product roadmap and portfolio strategy from the ground up, identifying opportunities for growth.
• Conduct market research, customer discovery, and competitive analysis to identify trends and whitespace opportunities.
• Partner with architects, specifiers, engineers, facade consultants, and contractors to influence product specifications.
• Drive new product development initiatives from concept through commercialization.
• Establish pricing strategies, value propositions, and go-to-market plans that support revenue and margins.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, including introductions, enhancements, rationalization, and sunsets.
• Develop business cases and financial models to support investment decisions.
• Analyze market share, sales performance, profitability, and customer feedback for portfolio optimization.
• Lead specification-driven growth and increase inclusion of architectural products in project specs.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop positioning, materials, training, and thought leadership.
• Evaluate acquisitions, partnerships, and adjacent-market opportunities for long-term growth.
