Commence is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Arbiter to join our team. The Arbiter will be responsible for arbitrating/deciding payment disputes, analyzing documentation, and managing case files. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Microsoft systems and excellent writing skills.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate preferred.
• Certified in Arbitration is preferred, required within the year.
• Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and communication skills.
• Work across multiple systems, such as SharePoint, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office products.

Responsabilités

• Arbitrate/decide payment disputes and determine jurisdictional issues as needed.
• Review all dispute-relevant information and request additional information.
• Write concise determinations meeting deadlines.
• Summarize facts and assess issues in each case.
• Collaborate with technical and legal professionals to reach the best decision.
• Research federal/state regulations including No Surprises Act and IDR program.
• Communicate the determination clearly in writing.
• Draft and edit determination decisions as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
