Commence is seeking a highly skilled Arbiter to arbitrate payment disputes, analyze documentation, and manage case files. The arbiter must remain neutral and draft concise, well-supported determinations within tight deadlines.

Ideal candidates will have a Juris Doctorate, arbitration certification, and strong writing abilities. This remote role requires proficiency with SharePoint, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office, with a focus on accuracy and collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Juris Doctorate preferred.
• Certified in Arbitration preferred; required within the year.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and communication skills.
• Work across multiple systems such as SharePoint, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.

• Review dispute information, request additional information as authorized, and issue determinations.
• Draft and edit determinations; ensure clear, well-supported, defensible conclusions.
• Collaborate with legal and technical professionals; research No Surprises Act and IDR program.
• Communicate determinations in a clearly written format.
• Meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
