Job summary

Remote DXB is seeking a detail-oriented accounts receivable specialist to manage invoicing, payments, and reconciliations in a fully remote environment.

You will issue and record invoices, monitor due dates, and respond to customer inquiries while preparing AR aging reports and supporting month-end close.

The ideal candidate has experience with ERP/accounting software, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently with professional communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable or related finance roles.
• Experience handling invoices and payments.
• Proficiency with ERP/accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, issue, and process customer invoices accurately and on time
• Record and apply customer payments to appropriate accounts
• Monitor outstanding invoices, account balances, and payment due dates
• Follow up with customers regarding overdue invoices and outstanding balances
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate payment discrepancies
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices and payments
• Prepare accounts receivable reports and aging reports
• Support monthly and year-end closing activities
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation
