QXO in Sacramento-area and remote roles is seeking a Regional Credit Support Specialist to provide administrative and collection support for the Regional Credit Manager and portfolio. You will partner with sales and admin teams to promote sales while meeting cash flow targets and mitigating delinquent receivables.

Communicate account status across management and teams, and escalate when needed for timely resolutions.

Qualifications

1-3 years’ experience in credit and collections or billing, basic accounting, and finance knowledge.
High School diploma or GED required.
Ability to work Pacific Time Zone business hours.
Experience in building materials distribution, construction, or insulation is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail, integrity and professionalism.

Responsabilités

Provides administrative and collection support for Regional Credit Manager and assigned portfolio.
Partner with sales and administrative teams to promote sales, while meeting cash flow targets.
Address customer requests professionally and maintain customer relationships.
Maintain cash flow by resolving open invoices and minimizing delinquent receivables.
Communicate account status to branch managers, sales teams, and regional leaders.
Escalate unresolved accounts to management for resolution.
Update accounts with clear notes at account or invoice level.
Ensure timely responses to internal and external customers.
Review unapplied payments and incorrect cash applications; resolve issues.
Respond to credit holds and release orders based on payment promises.
Approve or disapprove requests to override credit holds on accounts.
Other duties as assigned.
