Job summary

CADREX Manufacturing Solutions seeks an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage customer accounts, apply payments, and monitor invoices. You will support cash flow objectives and collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to resolve disputes.

The ideal candidate brings 2–5 years of AR experience, strong Excel skills, and a detail-oriented, professional approach to customer interactions. Manufacturing background is preferred and ERP systems familiarity is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of accounts receivable, collections, or accounting experience.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Generate, distribute, and monitor customer invoices.
• Apply customer payments accurately and timely.
• Reconcile customer accounts and research discrepancies.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and proactively follow up on overdue balances.
• Contact customers regarding past-due invoices via phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and supporting documentation.
