Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions seeks an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage customer accounts, apply payments, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate AR records. You’ll work with Sales, Customer Service, Operations and Accounting to maximize cash flow while minimizing bad debt exposure.

Formación

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years in accounts receivable, collections, or accounting.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and accounting software.
• Experience managing a high-volume customer portfolio preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Generate, distribute, and monitor customer invoices.
• Apply customer payments accurately and timely.
• Reconcile customer accounts and research discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and supporting documentation.
• Process credits, deductions, and adjustments in accordance with company policies.
