Job summary

Ruby Labs is seeking an experienced accounting professional to lead the AR cycle from cash application to collections and revenue reporting. You will own reconciliations across providers and ensure IFRS/ASC compliance.

Responsibilities include preparing deferred revenue roll-forwards, journal entries, and KPI reporting, leveraging advanced Excel and SQL skills to reconcile payments and ensure accuracy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years accounting experience, including AR and revenue accounting.
• Advanced Excel, SQL, and payment provider reconciliation expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead AR cycle from cash application to collections and revenue reporting.
• Own reconciliations across providers and ensure compliance with IFRS/ASC.
• Prepare deferred revenue roll-forwards, journal entries, and KPI reporting.
