Job summary

Ruby Labs Ltd is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable lead to own the AR lifecycle for a SaaS business. You will manage cash application, collections, revenue reporting and ensure accurate recording across multiple payment providers.

Responsibilities include provider reconciliations (Stripe, PayPal, others), handling multi-currency settlements, applying IFRS 15 / ASC 606, and month-end close tasks with strong internal controls and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field; professional qualification strongly preferred.
• 7+ years accounting experience, including 2–3+ years in AR/revenue or finance operations.
• Experience in subscription/SaaS/revenue models and IFRS/ASC guidance.

Responsibilities

• Own AR process: cash application, collections, reconciliation and revenue reporting.
• Perform payment-provider reconciliations across Stripe, PayPal, and others; multi-currency settlements.
• Apply IFRS 15/ASC 606 and related standards; manage deferrals and revenue roll-forwards.
• Support month-end close, controls, and audit with KPI reporting for Finance leadership.
