Job summary

Renfroe is hiring a Staff Accountant - AR to join our finance team. You will manage the full-cycle accounts receivable processes, issue invoices as per contractual agreements, and collaborate with clients to ensure timely collections.

Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential. You will monitor AR aging, resolve discrepancies, record cash receipts, and assist with month-end close, revenue recognition, and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle AR experience
• Prepare and issue invoices per contracts
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies
• GAAP journal entries and revenue recognition

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounts receivable processes and aging
• Prepare invoices and ensure timely submission per agreements
• Maintain client relationships to support collections and issue resolution
• Monitor aging and pursue collections on slow-pay accounts
• Record cash receipts and post payments to AR subledger
• Prepare AR reconciliations and related reports
• Assist with month-end close, revenue recognition, and controls
