Jobgether is seeking an Accounts Receivable Resolution Specialist for a fully remote, US-based position. You will manage complex insurance claims, investigate denials, and coordinate appeals to accelerate payments while collaborating with billing teams, providers, patients, and insurers.

The role emphasizes remote work experience, strong communication, and expertise in reimbursement processes to improve collections in a behavioral health setting.

Formación

• Experience with insurance claims follow-up and denial management.
• Knowledge of reimbursement processes and denial resolution.
• Experience working in healthcare billing in a physician or facility setting.
• Ability to work remotely with strong communication and organization.
• Familiarity with SBAR for leadership communication is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee complex claims resolution and strengthen collection processes.
• Follow up on assigned accounts daily to accelerate reimbursement.
• Review denied claims and prepare appeals with payer documentation.
• Document actions in Avatar and WAYSTAR using standard notes.
• Meet productivity goals and report issues to leadership.
