Job summary

RYZ Labs is seeking an Accounts Receivable & Refunds Specialist to join our finance and operations team. You will own end-to-end financial transactions, including AR, refunds, journal entries, and payments reconciliation for key accounts.

We value analytical, detail-driven professionals who communicate clearly with sellers and buyers, and who can automate workflows in NetSuite, Avalara, and Salesforce. This is a remote role for LATAM candidates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in AR, treasury, bookkeeping or related finance roles.
• Familiar with basic accounting principles and ERP systems (NetSuite or Oracle Fusion).
• Proven experience with Salesforce (CRM/billing workflows) is required.
• Strong Excel skills and meticulous data entry and processing.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Address payments, invoicing, and refunds related support tickets.
• Monitor accounts; apply cash receipts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Prepare daily/monthly journal entries for Cash and A/R in the ERP.
• Process Sales Team requests, refunds, credits, and rate adjustments.
• Identify opportunities to streamline AR/AP workflows and document processes.
• Maintain Sales Tax exemptions and refunds in Avalara.
• Serve as a point of contact for key sellers with payout updates.
