Job summary

Oliver James Group is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager for its US Operations. This fully remote role focuses on owning core processes across onboarding, bordereaux, premium, cash and data, with senior stakeholder exposure.

You will lead onboarding for underwriting partners and drive improvements across data flows, controls and reporting while coordinating with external partners and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in P&C insurance operations or MGA environments.
• Experience with bordereaux, premium and cash cycles.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for new underwriting partners and business expansions.
• Own the flow of bordereaux, premium and cash data with accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with underwriting partners to resolve data and operational issues.
• Oversee outsourced operational teams and hold them to KPIs.
• Monitor collections, debt and cash processes and escalate complex issues.
• Produce operational performance reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Strengthen controls, processes and reporting across the wider Operations function.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve existing workflows.
• Act as the operational point of contact for a portfolio of insurance partners.
