UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Collections Representative (National Remote) to support the Patient Financial Services AR Recovery Team. You will resolve outstanding payer balances, analyze denials, and work with payers to maximize reimbursement while following regulatory and contractual requirements.

The role offers full-time hours, EST business times, and training with our team. A high school diploma and at least one year in healthcare revenue cycle are required; Medicare payers and denied

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma / GED is required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1+ years of healthcare back-end revenue cycle experience (billing, collections, or A/R).
• Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday, during EST business hours.

Aufgaben

• Actively participate in team huddles and meetings to share knowledge and improve processes.
• Resolve assigned accounts in a timely and accurate manner to maximize reimbursement.
• Take necessary AR adjustments according to policy and procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of payer policies and complete relevant healthcare webinars.
• Escalate issues to appropriate departments as required.
