Job summary

CorroHealth, Inc. is seeking a seasoned claims resolution specialist to support remote operations from the Hawaii time zone.

You will leverage our proprietary software to resolve high-dollar, unpaid or denied claims and coordinate with clients to improve revenue cycle performance. Candidates bring 5+ years in registration, billing, or collections, strong Excel and communication skills, and experience with EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner or Meditech.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years relevant industry experience in registration, billing, collections.
• 3+ years experience with insurance carrier claims resolution.
• 3+ years of EMR experience (Epic, Cerner, Meditech) preferred.
• Knowledge of UB04, EOBs, and medical records.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex, higher-dollar unpaid/denied claims using proprietary software and client systems.
• Identify trends in claims such as CPT/HCPCS errors, missing charges, and mapping issues.
• Perform financial account assessments including adjustments and patient responsibility (NRP).
• Submit and manage medical records, billing claims, and payment verification across client platforms.
• Maintain familiarity with client preferences across multiple accounts and support client projects.
