Job summary

CorroHealth Inc. is seeking a dedicated Claims Resolution Specialist to work remotely in the Hawaii time zone. You will resolve complex, high-dollar claims, leverage our software, and coordinate with clients to drive timely resolutions.

The role requires 5+ years in registration/billing, 3+ years in claims resolution, and proficiency with EMR systems (Epic/Cerner/Meditech). Strong Excel/PowerPoint and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
5+ years experience in registration, billing, collections.
3+ years experience with insurance carrier claims resolution.
3+ years of Epic, Cerner, Meditech or other EMR experience preferred.
Knowledge of UB04, EOBs, and medical records.
ICD-9/ICD-10, CPT and HCPCS knowledge.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

Resolve complex, higher-dollar unpaid/denied claims using proprietary software and portals.
Identify trends in account resolution (CPT/HCPCS errors, missing charges, etc.).
Perform financial account assessments including adjustments and NRP.
Complete rebill functions within client systems.
Submit medical record submissions and billing claims as needed.
Review corrected claim requests and approve for client assistance.
Support client accounts and participate in special projects.
