Ladder seeks a SecOps/AppSec Engineer with 4+ years of software engineering or cybersecurity experience. You will own application security vulnerability management, working with backend teams in Clojure on the JVM, and secure cloud infrastructure in GCP, Kubernetes, and Docker.

You will analyze security risks, perform risk reviews, and support compliance audits while mentoring engineers on secure coding practices and implementing secure defaults in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 4+ years of software engineering and/or cybersecurity experience.
• Hands-on experience coding in Clojure and working within the JVM.

Responsabilidades

• Own application security vulnerability management within the development lifecycle.
• Monitor cloud security posture using SIEM, SOAR, CSP, CNAPP tools.
• Conduct security risk reviews and assist with compliance audits.
• Mentor engineers on secure coding practices and secure defaults.
• Respond to incidents and support day-to-day security operations.
