Job summary

Convertros is a remote-first sales company offering a fully remote role with inbound leads and no cold calling. You will book appointments, enroll customers, and continually improve through real-time coaching.

The position is full-time (40 hours/week) with shifts between 12 PM and 12 AM EST, and compensation includes hourly training pay followed by uncapped commission based on performance. Top performers in the US and Canada can earn substantial commissions, with pay weeks and ramp-up periods

Qualifications

• Inbound leads handling, warm calls, no cold prospecting.
• Bookings, appointments, enrollments target.
• Full-time shifts up to 40–45 hours weekly.

• Handle inbound leads and convert interest into actions (bookings, appointments, enrollments).
• Receive real-time coaching to improve performance.
