Qualifications

• Experience as a Virtual Assistant or in similar roles preferred.
• Strong written English communication.
• Comfortable with chat and social media messaging.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow SOPs.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to manage repetitive admin tasks.
• Basic customer service skills with a friendly and professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage leads from Facebook, Instagram and TikTok and convert to booked appointments.
• Follow up with existing leads and respond to basic inquiries via chat.
• Book appointments and update clients in calendars and trackers.
• Transfer appointment data from calendars to Google Sheets and maintain data tracker.
• Organize treatment information using Google Photos as reference.
• Support backlogged data entry and ongoing record maintenance.
• Assist with posting content on Instagram and other social platforms as needed.
