AIL is seeking a Remote Phone Booker / Appointment Scheduler to support our recruiting team from home. You will make outbound calls to warm candidates, confirm interest, and schedule interviews using our online calendar.

No recruiting experience required; training provided. This 100% remote role offers flexible hours, training and ongoing support, and growth opportunities into recruiting.

Qualifications

• Entry-level welcome; training provided.
• Able to handle a high volume of outbound calls.
• Organized with strong follow-up and note-taking.
• Comfortable using web-based scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm candidates who expressed interest.
• Introduce yourself professionally and confirm continued interest.
• Schedule interviews using the online calendar.
• Coordinate appointment times and reduce no-shows.
• Follow up with candidates who rescheduled or missed meetings.
• Maintain accurate candidate notes and track outcomes.
