You hold a PhD (or near completion) in Applied Physics or related field, and you’ll design advanced problems, author precise solutions, and audit AI outputs to improve model behavior while working asynchronously.

Qualifications

• PhD completed or near completion in Applied Physics or related field.
• Strong mastery of Classical Mechanics, Electrodynamics, Statistical Mechanics, and Quantum Mechanics.
• Excellent technical writing in English.
• Attention to units, notation, and dimensional analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design Advanced Problems — craft challenging physics problems at PhD level across domains like quantum mechanics, electromagnetism, and thermodynamics.
• Author Ground-Truth Solutions — develop precise, step-by-step golden responses with correct constants and conversions.
• Audit AI Reasoning — evaluate simulations, proofs, and derivations for physical consistency and first-principles accuracy.
• Refine Model Behaviour — provide feedback to improve AI reasoning about boundary conditions and conservation laws.
