Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Physics Masters – AI Training Specialist to design graduate-level physics problems and evaluate AI model reasoning. You will craft rigorous solutions and provide feedback to improve model performance while collaborating with world‑leading AI labs.

The role is fully remote and hourly, offering flexible 10–40 hours per week for candidates with deep physics knowledge and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed Masters in Physics, Applied Physics, or related field.
• Strong command of advanced physics concepts and problem solving.
• Able to communicate complex ideas clearly in writing.

Responsibilities

• Design graduate-level physics problems across mechanics, electromagnetism, thermodynamics, quantum mechanics, and more.
• Develop clear, rigorous, step-by-step solutions demonstrating expert reasoning.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for scientific accuracy, logic, and quality of solutions.
• Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks across physics topics from UG to Masters level.
• Provide structured, actionable feedback to improve AI model performance.
