Job summary

Owner is seeking an Applied AI Lead to identify high-impact opportunities across the business and size them for execution. You’ll own the end-to-end lifecycle, from diagnosis through shipping, deployment, adoption, and iteration.

You’ll work with our Applied AI team and key partners to deliver measurable improvements, balancing speed and impact in a fast-paced startup environment. Remote-friendly role, with US/Canada focus.

Qualifications

• Track record of identifying the problems worth solving and sizing the prize.
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs and integrating models/APIs.
• 3+ years in an 0-1 startup role and fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence across teams.
• Restaurant industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the map of AI opportunity across the business and size initiatives.
• Ship and iterate end-to-end projects from diagnosis to deployment.
• Collaborate with Applied AI and stakeholders across the company.
• Turn ambiguous problems into ruthlessly prioritized roadmaps.
