Job summary
Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Development I, Application Systems to join our IT team. This role aligns with IT Enterprise Services to support customer-focused objectives and the IT Vision, delivering innovative ideas and services to simplify people’s lives.

Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience is required.
- 1+ year relevant work experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of programming languages and environments using structured techniques; system analysis and design principles.
- Hands‑on enterprise application troubleshooting experience.
- Working knowledge of network, PC, Windows OS, databases, process automation, and Agile.
- Experience documenting and maintaining configuration and process information.
- Knowledge of data privacy practices and laws including SSAE16, HIPAA, and URAC.
Responsibilities
- Provide responsive technical assistance and document configuration to support processes.
- Work independently to understand and document business needs.
- Collaborate with additional functional teams to ensure optimal operations of application development.
- Support change control and testing processes for modifications to application systems.
- Research and recommend innovative, automated approaches to business needs.
- Develop and maintain documentation of custom processes.
- Provide backup administration support to other team members.
- Provide after-hours support.
- Develop within Microsoft SaaS platforms including Teams, SharePoint, and CoPilot.
- Develop within the Microsoft Power Platform with hands-on RPA development and bot automation.
- Develop within Atlassian SaaS platforms, Oracle Fusion, ORMB, OIC ERP, Dynamics (D365) CRM.
- Development Administration within data movement tools like SmartConnect.

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Developer I, Application Systems to join our team!
The Developer I, Application Systems ensures efforts are in alignment with IT Enterprise Services to support customer-focused objectives and the IT Vision, a collaborative partner delivering innovative ideas, solutions and services to simplify people’s lives. This role is responsible for development support, design, programming, and implementation of custom processes within the framework of various enterprise systems as well as other vendor purchased applications used at Navitus. This role will also drive citizen development where applicable within the applications framework. This role will work with IT Analysts and directly with business users to develop requirements ensuring the business needs are met.

- Provide responsive technical assistance and document configuration to support processes

- Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale
- Develop and maintain documentation of custom processes
- Provide backup administration support to other ASA teammates
- Provide after-hours support
- Development within Microsoft SaaS platforms including Teams, SharePoint, and CoPilot
- Development within the Microsoft Power Platform with hands-on experience in RPA development, with expertise in complex bot development and automating revenue-related workflows preferred
- Development within Atlassian SaaS platforms
- Development within Oracle Fusion, ORMB, OIC ERP platforms
- Development within Dynamics (D365) CRM Platform
- Development Administration within Data movement tools like SmartConnect
- Other duties as assigned
