Job summary
Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Developer I, Application Systems to join our IT team. The role focuses on development support, design, and implementation of custom processes across enterprise systems and vendor apps used at Navitus.
It emphasizes citizen development within the applications framework and collaboration with IT Analysts and business users to meet requirements. The position requires an Associate’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, 1+ year of relevant work
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 1+ year relevant work experience preferred.
- Knowledge of programming and system analysis principles.
- Hands-on enterprise application troubleshooting experience.
- Familiar with data privacy practices (SSAE16, HIPAA, URAC).
Responsibilities
- Provide responsive technical assistance and document configuration to support processes.
- Work independently to understand and document business needs.
- Coordinate with functional teams to ensure optimal application operations.
- Support change control and testing for modifications to systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation of custom processes.
- Provide after-hours support when needed.
- Develop within Microsoft SaaS platforms (Teams, SharePoint) and Power Platform.
- Work with Oracle Fusion, ORMB, OIC ERP platforms and Dynamics CRM.

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Developer I, Application Systems to join our team! The Developer I, Application Systems ensures efforts are in alignment with IT Enterprise Services to support customer-focused objectives and the IT Vision, a collaborative partner delivering innovative ideas, solutions and services to simplify people’s lives. This role is responsible for development support, design, programming, and implementation of custom processes within the framework of various enterprise systems as well as other vendor purchased applications used at Navitus. This role will also drive citizen development where applicable within the applications framework. This role will work with IT Analysts and directly with business users to develop requirements ensuring the business needs are met.
- Provide responsive technical assistance and document configuration to support processes
- Work independently to understand and document business needs
- Work with additional functional teams to ensure optimal operations of application development
- Support change control and testing processes for modifications to application systems
- Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches to business needs
- Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale
- Develop and maintain documentation of custom processes
- Provide backup administration support to other ASA teammates
- Provide after-hours support
- Development within Microsoft SaaS platforms including Teams, SharePoint, and CoPilot
- Development within the Microsoft Power Platform with hands-on experience in RPA development, with expertise in complex bot development and automating revenue-related workflows preferred
- Development within Atlassian SaaS platforms
- Development within Oracle Fusion, ORMB, OIC ERP platforms
- Development within Dynamics (D365) CRM Platform
- Development Administration within Data movement tools like SmartConnect
- Other duties as assigned
- Associate’s degree in the field of Computer Science or equivalent work experience required
- 1+ year relevant work experience preferred
- Knowledge of programming languages and environments using structured techniques; system analysis and design principles
- Hands-on enterprise application troubleshooting experience
- Working technical knowledge of network, PC, Windows Operating systems, Microsoft/Oracle databases, process automation, and Agile Project Methodology
- Experience documenting and maintaining configuration and process information
- Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws; including SSAE16, HIPPA, and URAC
- Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
