Job summary

ImageTrend, LLC is seeking an Implementation Specialist I to deliver and coordinate implementations of ImageTrend products for healthcare and public safety clients. You will work with clients to plan, train, and execute projects, ensuring timelines and requirements are met.

The role emphasizes documentation, collaboration with success teams, and delivering high-quality training both onsite and virtually. Occasional travel and participation in conferences are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Experience in implementation, project delivery and/or adult education.
• Understanding of EMS and Fire reporting requirements.
• Knowledge of implementation or project management tools used for delivery of education and project roll-out.

Responsibilities

• Delivers and coordinates implementation of systems and services.
• Designs & maintains implementation schedules and ensures compliance to timeframe and requirements.
• Documents implementation obstacles, time worked, and requirements.
• Assists in scoping projects to aid in proposals and contracts.
• Maintains internal documentation and resources used by the team.
• Establishes strong client relationships and provides informed guidance on solutions.
• Conducts onsite and virtual training and participates in conferences and trade shows.
• Collaborates with other teams to ensure a positive client experience.
• Reviews and updates instructional and technical documentation for clarity and accessibility.
• Travel to orientation and events as required.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
