Job summary

Anatomage seeks an Application Specialist to train customers virtually and in-person on Anatomage products, develop instructional content, and support customers with software and hardware issues. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to enhance educational resources and may contribute to testing and marketing projects.

The role is remote, with reporting out of Tampa, FL, Atlanta, GA or Oklahoma City, OK, and requires travel to customer sites about 25% of the time.

Qualifications

• Strong software and technology knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage with educators and medical professionals.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product training and demonstrations (travel up to 25%).
• Create training resources and classroom activities.
• Diagnose and resolve software/hardware issues.
• Provide on-call product support for US customers in SE/SW time zones.
• Contribute to software testing and marketing videos.
