Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer consultancy and support in workflow improvements, including clinical education and adjustment of system parameters.
• Provide professional applications support to process and resolve customer complaints; remote support when not on-site.
• Provide on-site application education, including demonstrations, updates and upgrades for standard systems and applications.
• Support sales team with product demonstrations, clinical case studies, and training of new recruits.
• Assist in developing on-site training courses at customer locations or at United Imaging HQ in Houston.
• Support R&D/CRM processes with customer needs and troubleshooting know-how.
