Qualifications
- Experience in product training, teaching, tutoring, or technical instruction.
- Experience creating educational content, training materials, videos, or documentation for customers or internal teams.
- Experience in customer service, customer success, or technical support.
- Familiarity with anatomy and physiology.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging virtual and in-person product training and demonstrations for customers.
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues, provide on-call product support for U.S. customers.
- Create and maintain high‑quality training materials, instructional content, videos, and activities.
- Respond to customer inquiries, clarify needs, maintain timely follow‑up, and communicate solutions empathetically.
- Gather customer feedback, identify recurring issues, and communicate opportunities to improve product functionality.
